There are sustainability topics that were still trendy at 1-to-1 show in Monaco. Prolong, with its positioning of outsourced and AI-automated after-sales service (warranty management, repair pricing, repair operations, and payment), is one of them. The start-up has signed with Erès (Chanel group), Louis Pion (watchmaking) and Messika (jewelry), mind Retail has learned. “Erès previously managed repairs with Zendesk and manual processes,” specified CEO Tanguy Frécon, former Co-Founder of Lizee.
