With sales of US$3.1 billion in 2017, Natura is updating the sales value proposition for its 1.7 million sales reps (including 1.2 million in Brazil and 500,000 in Argentina, Mexico, Chile, Peru and Colombia). Recently, Brazil’s biggest beauty retailer has digitised sales operations, connecting an army of sales consultants to Natura’s new digital platform. So far, 500,000 sales staff have signed up to the new technology, as monitored in the huge glass-enclosed information center in Sao Paulo. T
