American behemoth of department stores (operating Saks, Lord & Taylor and Hudson’s Bay in the U.S.A. and Canada) aims to launch Saks Off 5^th in Düsseldorf, Germany, in the 1^st semester of 2017.

Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Heidelberg and Wiesbaden have also been selected to house outlet stores covering from 2,000 to 4,000 sq.m and offering former Saks ranges with discounts up to -70%.
