Two weeks after Zalando, Amazon is taking legal action before the European Union’s Court, challenging a status of “very large online platform” under the DSA.

After Zalando, it is now the turn of Amazon (2022 sales: US$514 billion) to claim the firm has been “unfairly targeted” by the E.U.
