On September 17, at the opening of the 10th edition of Paris Retail Week, Vincent Mayet, C.E.O. of Havas Commerce, presented the annual study on AI-related issues facing retailers. Between July 30 and August 19, the group surveyed 500 retailers in 21 countries. According to the study, only 46% of the retailers surveyed are using AI in their business. Of these, 14% said that AI was an integral part of their strategy, while 28% said that it was only in its infancy within their company.
