In a city saturated with malls, the Shanghai K11 mall (40,000 sq.m GLA on 6 floors) built by the Hong Kong billionaire Adrian Cheng now registers record number of visitors. Located on Middle Huaihai Road, it attracted 10 million visitors in 2015 and 2016, its owner K11 Concepts Ltd.
