With the Supreme Court's decision, the largest mall in the U.S. continues the challenge against a former president of Sears, requiring the ability to rent commercial space at a higher rate than an original lease.
On 19th April, the Supreme Court ordered an appeals court to review the dispute between Mall of America (Minnesota, owner MOAC Mall Holdings LLC) and the former President of Sears Holdings over a US$10 per year lease for a store.
