With US$555 million fundraising on September 22, 2021, the marketplace solutions provider Mirakl is now valued more than US$3.5 billion. This is more than ManoMano, valued US$2.6 billion, following a US$355 million fundraising in July 2021. This fundraising, led by Silver Lake, also includes historical investors Permira, 83North, Elaia Partners and Felix Capital.

Mirakl, which does not disclose turnover, has 300 customers, 80% of which are international companies (Best Buy, Kroger, Carrefour, D
