According to our information, since mid-July, a French e-commerce website specialising in children’s furniture, Jurassien, has been testing a new AI feature. In the product descriptions of 2,000 items on the site, representing 90% of the catalogue, a button labelled “What does AI think of this product?” allows customers to select three different buttons: ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Grok.
