On July 28, Google announced a new feature in the desktop version of the Chrome browser in the US : summaries of online customer reviews generated automatically by artificial intelligence. From an e-commerce site, by clicking on an icon to the left of the URL, users can view a summary of customer reviews (product quality, price, delivery, customer service).
