The Belgian Council of Ministers approved on April 30, at second reading, a draft bill aimed at extending flexi-jobs—until now limited to the hospitality and catering sector—to all private and public sectors. The text was amended to take into account the opinion issued by the Council of State, has been submitted to the Chamber of Representatives and, if passed, is expected to enter into force on June 1, 2026.
