The book-printing group CPI, owned up to 65% by two investment funds - Electra Partners Europe and CVC Capital Partners - should conclude a negotiation to establish a European WC, with staff representatives from its three main implantation countries : Germany, France and Great Britain. The CPI group (3,000 employees) mostly present in Germany (about 1,000 employees,) in France (950) and in Great Britain, with two minor sites in the Netherlands and in the Czech republic, opened a negotiation on the establishment of a EWC, a little over a year ago.
