The news. The trade union UNI Europa Finance and the employers’ federations Insurance Europe, Amice and Bipar signed an addendum to their 2022 joint declaration on diversity and inclusion on 17 September. Focused on eliminating violence and harassment in the workplace, it aims to establish a common approach to promoting a “zero-tolerance culture”, with companies committing to placing the well-being of their employees at the core of their operational and reputational framework.
