France: agreement on remote work reached at Barilla

On 17 October 2024, the food company Barilla France (with around 1,200 employees) and the CFDT, CFE-CGC and FO trade unions signed a new agreement in remote work. The subject had not been covered by an agreement since the end of a trial period between 2022 and the summer of 2023. The text maintains the rate of teleworking agreed at the time – 40% of hours – in line with most large French companies in 2023, according to a monthly count. Pregnant women, disabled workers and employees providing ca
