Last March, the ready-to-wear group Kiabi (10,000 employees across 37 countries) organised an “AI Month” dedicated to staff at its head office near Lille, in France. The programme included conferences, tool demonstrations, and feedback sessions. This internal awareness event reflects the retailer's desire to “anchor AI at the heart of its strategy and business lines” in response to structural changes in the retail sector.
