The news. Fédération Cinov, which represents consulting and engineering professions (1.2 million employees), signed a sector-wide agreement on July 9, 2026, concerning companies’ environmental transition, as well as an amendment to the collective bargaining agreement for the Betic sector (technical consultancies, engineering firms and consulting companies) dated August 18.
