Great Britain: annual paid leave for offshore employees included in resting time ashore

h 9, the Employment Appeal Tribunal of Edinburgh declared that the annual paid leaves of offshore employees have to be included in the resting periods ashore to which they are entitled. This is true even if part of that period is used for training or compensatory rest, as long as these periods remain higher than the statutory four weeks of annual leave. (Ref. 090307)
