UK building materials retailer IBMG (Independent Builders Merchants Group) is offering a staff discount on its insulating and draught-proofing materials to help employees save money on their electricity bills. The initiative forms part of a series of anti-inflation measures the company launched at the end of December to support staff amid the current energy crisis.
Staff at IBMG (> 2,000 employees) will be able to benefit from an ‘employee purchase scheme (EPS)’, which is essentially an internal discount scheme designed specifically to respond to the energy crisis.
