As of 11 April, the Indian government has authorized employers to vaccinate their employees at the workplace, and in line with the national vaccination campaign’s priorities. Several companies have decided to cover the cost of the inoculation effort.
Inoculation by firms with a minimum of 100 eligible employees. After several weeks of calls by leading Indian businesses to participate in the vaccination campaign, which started in mid-January, the government has now authorized public and private sector employers to vaccinate staff at their workplaces.
