Continental/Global plan launched for flexible working conditions. In a 05 September press release, German automotive manufacturing company Continental announced it would be offering its global employees the possibility of flexible working conditions (mobile working, part-time and flexi-time hours, and extended professional leave (sabbaticals)). The company’s offer extends to 200,000 employees at all levels covering 90% of the global workforce in 21 different countries. The group is convinced that this move puts it ahead in the race to attract the best talent.
