Today, March 28, 2013, Safran Group and the IndustriAll Europe European trade union signed a European framework agreement on the professional integration of young people. With this agreement, Safran wants to make good on its claims in terms of recruitment dynamic while helping young people enter the labor market. (Ref. 130209)
“The parties wished to include the theme of professional integration of young people in the scope of social dialogue, in order to extend the construction of a Safran social model in Europe.” This is how the agreement defines the objective of this negotiation. Thus, the agreement aims to lay down common foundation for all European subsidiaries, which will apply them following local modalities, starting with the definition of “young.”
