Spain: Santander bank open talks for its second gender equality program

On December 3, management and unions started discussing a second equality program which should improve and extend the first’s framework. Yolanda Sanchez de la Riva, secretary in charge of women for the Comfia-CCOO union at Santander, answered Planet Labor’s questions on the results of the first programs and her expectations for the coming negotiations.
