Patrice le Cloarec. Total has progressed on a path along which the Group has taken on several tools including a Code of Conduct that lays out the values and principles of action, a Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Charter that is based on the Group’s policy of fundamental principles, a Human Rights Guide that accompanies employees in the use of the Group’s Code of Conduct, and a Practical Integrity Guide that aims to prevent risks and ensure integrity in all professional relations. In addition over the past 10 years social dialogue in the Group has developed strongly at a European level via both the strengthening of the European Committee’s rights and cross-border negotiations with European union federations.
