Several Republican members of the Chamber of Representatives are backing a draft law that weakens a union’s capacity to build a presence within a company.
The elected Republicans are putting an overhaul of the process of introducing a union presence in companies back onto the table. Tennessee elected Phil Roe has brought draft legislation to the Chamber that will make it much more difficult for a union to build a presence within a company. This is not the Republican representative’s first attempt either.
