On April 25, Carrefour (2024 revenue of €87.27 billion, up 5.3% at constant exchange rates) obtained approval from the minority shareholders of the Brazilian subsidiary for the 100% acquisition of the business. Before this, the group held 67.4% of the Brazilian entity’s capital.
