On June 17, the Les Mousquetaires Group (2024 sales: €42.5 billion, up 6.4%) announced exclusive negotiations to acquire 81 Colruyt stores, 44 petrol stations, and 1,300 French staff. The transaction is worth €215 million, representing 30% of Colruyt France’s revenue (€715 million for the financial year ending March 2025, up by 0.3% excluding fuel).
