On October 7, 2025, during the Hubforum in Paris, Christophe Cadic, Digital Director of Ikea France (Ikea France revenue: €3.7 billion down by 3.6%), reviewed the retailer’s new AI agent designed for management controllers at headquarters and in stores. Piloted since July 2025 across 18 stores, it compares their performance and identifies optimisation levers related to costs, margins and additional sales.
