[mind Exclusive] Prolong signs Mellow Yellow and expands into new verticals

After Veja and The North Face, Prolong has signed four new retail partners, mind Retail learned. Ahead of a second funding round, the start-up specialising in after-sales and returns management is also expanding into new market segments.

A competitor of Save Your Wardrobe, the start-up Prolong, which focuses on returns, warranty, repair, and after-sales service, announced the signing of Mellow Yellow footwear retailer, a jewellery brand and two watchmaking luxury retailers. For Mellow Yellow (part of the Eram Group), the Prolong platform manages repair requests across 5 stores. This is the second brand within the group to use the service, after Bocage, which became a client in Q2 2024 and currently uses Prolong in 20 stores.
