According to Puck, Shein is acquiring Everlane from L Catterton investment fund, a majority shareholder since 2020. The deal values the U.S. fashion retailer at around US$100 million, according to the investigative media outlet, which cited sources close to the matter. Everlane, known for high transparency and sustainability standards, had 11 stores in the US at the end of April 2026. A 2025 revenue and the terms of the deal have not been made public.
