The Government is facing a rise in conflict at work and an increase in job insecurity. It will implement a national network to fight against violence at work whilst Parliamentary members and unions are trying to combat violence against women at work via a workplace protector statute.
Combating harassment and psychological violence at work. The government has just announced a new national network to fight against violence at work. It will have the dual task of managing individual and collective cases (for example, employer abuse of positions, employee exclusion or submission, psychological or sexual harassment as well as physical abuse) The network will be put in place in October and will be coordinated by the Bureau of Information in the fight against violence at work on behalf of the Ministry of Labor.
