(UEAPME, BusinessEurope, CEEP for employers and the ETUC for unions) are about to reach an agreement on the revision of their agreement on parental leave, included in directive 96/34. In the draft Planet Labor obtained, which should be close to the final draft, employers and unions are ready to improve parental leave and its system, notably via the extension of its minimum length and the possibility to adjust working time after it ends.
