The news. Leem, one of the professional organizations representing pharmaceutical companies operating in France (more than 100,000 employees), and the CFE-CGC, FO, and CFTC trade unions signed an agreement on the employment of people with disabilities on 9 April 2026. The agreement, which enters into force on 1 July, sets a target employment rate of 6% (the statutory requirement) to be achieved by the end of the agreement on 31 December 2028 and introduces new obligations.
