France: the mandate of a staff representative within a EWC does not automatically terminate if they change union membership

uling handed down on 17 April, the Court of Cassation confirmed an earlier ruling handed down by the Versailles Appeals Court on 14 March (see article n°10128), which said that a trade union does not have the right to terminate the EWC mandate of a representative who switches union membership before this mandate has come to an end.
