The news. On 10 June, the Italian Council of Ministers approved the first two implementing decrees of Italy’s Artificial Intelligence Law. The decrees clarify that decisions related to recruitment, modification, or termination of employment contracts—including disciplinary sanctions and dismissals—cannot be made solely on the basis of AI systems.
