The labour market situation is ever-changing, and the unemployment rate has been decreasing. However, the problem of conforming labour supply and demand remains. It is complicated for employers to find the right employees, because workers do not have the necessary qualifications. The general rate of unemployment is decreasing, but the share of long-term unemployment is increasing, and they have difficulties finding a job.
