An agreement on the legal status of telecommuting was signed, 21 February 2006, between Luxembourg social partners, in order to transpose the European framework agreement on telecommuting of July 16, 2002. (Réf. 06323)

The agreement on the legal status of telecommuting was concluded, on one side, by the trade unions Onofhängegen Gewerkschaftsbond Lëtzebuerg (OGB-L) and Lëtzebuerger Chrëschtleche Gewerkschafts-Jump (LCGB) and on the other, by the Union of Luxembourg Companies (UEL), elected for this purpose by several employers’ federations like the Association of Banks and Banquiers (ABBL) or the Association of Insurance companies (ACA).
