Luxembourg : Community legislation on the European Company is transposed

Two laws of August 25th, 2006, published on August 31st, 2006, transpose the regulations on the European company and the directive on workers' involvement in the European Company. (Ref. 06853)

Luxembourg has therefore finished -two years late- the transposition of regulations n ° 2157/2001 of October 8th, 2001 relating to the status of the European company () and the directive 2001/86 of October 8th, 2001 supplementing the status of the European company when it comes to workers’ involvement.
