On 01 June Solvay announced via press release that it had signed an agreement with Solvay Global Forum, its global social dialogue body, on the implementation of a profit-sharing plan based on the Group’s performance. The new plan will allow all employees worldwide to benefit from a scheme that is indexed to the Group’s financial and sustainable development performance for the years 2015 and 2016.
