The European commission releases a report for the management of older workers

The commission released, on September 13, 2006, an expertise report which identifies "good practices to increase professional opportunities and to maintain older workers employed". The report censes 41 study-cases in companies and in the administration. (Ref 06909)

The report “was conceived to draw attention on the good practices that came out of the experience of the 11 member states”. Besides the study cases, the report offers an analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the national institutional frameworks and selects good practices.
