[mind Retail Exclusive] In the process of rolling out Autone in stores, Lancel is testing digital use

After having deployed 2 Autone modules (replenishment from a warehouse and rebalancing stocks between stores) for all 63 points of sale in France since February 2025, Lancel is preparing to pilot the stock management module on a website from the end of April, mind Retail learned on April 3, in a Paris-based event. After a successful test phase, Lancel (2023 turnover: €64.7 million down by 5.4%, forecasted sales greater than €70 million in 2024, according to our information) will also deploy two other bricks from the start-up founded by Adil Bouhdadi and Harry Glucksmann-Cheslaw. These bricks are for buying and reorder stores from suppliers. The roll-out is scheduled for May 2025.

While each of the four bricks of Autone can be used independently and integrated into any ERP system, Lancel is acquiring all of the components (buying, replenishment, rebalancing between stores and reorder).
