UK-based Ocado signed a deal with Lotte Shopping (Lotte Group’s retail subsidiary) to build robotic warehouses but no value was announced. The South Korean giant, with more than 1,000 stores in the country, recorded a turnover of US$12.9 billion in 2021 (down by 3.7% in annual change).
