Sickness insurance

The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs
claims the current system to be not suitable any more and vulnerable to abuse.
The bill should stop the abuse of sickness benefits and make employers and
doctors more interested in the issue. The new system should be the same for
employers as well as for self employed entrepreneurs, it should more reflect on
the income of the individual. It should introduce high penalties for violations.
