Cegelec: EWC and management agree on a meeting agenda

The management of the French group Cegelec (25.000 employees), integrating solutions and technological services, and members from the European works council adopted, on June 17, 2008, at the Nanterre Court, to meet before July 30 with the select committee, to talk about the takeover of the group (which belongs to LBO France), by the Qatari Diar fund. An extraordinary plenary session should be held on July 17. (Ref. 080519)
