The decision also updates forms E 205, E 207, E 210, E 211, E 213 and E 215 which notably allow social security institutions to itemize information over insurance periods of migrant workers synthesized in forms below.

This decision updates the following forms:

  • E202 which the social security institution, whom the migrant worker claims for an old-age pension, sends to each of the institutions with which the employed person has been insured in order to reconstitute the career of the worker
  • E 203 with the same usage as E 202 but for the survivor’s pension,
  • E 204 on invalidity pension.
