Parliament has unanimously adopted a new law governing remote work. The text imposes an obligation on employers to cover costs borne by employees as a result of teleworking and to respect the right to disconnect.
The law passed by parliament on 16 November defines teleworking as “the provision of work remotely by the employer using technology, as part of a full-time, part-time or other employment contract”.
