Denmark has a full employment situation thanks to its policy of flexsecurity. With an unemployment rate of 4.8% -the lowest in more than thirty years- labor shortages are quite important in some sectors. “The situation is quite critical in the construction sector, in social and medical services, hostelling and restaurants, shops.
