On 15 September, management at the social protection group Malakoff Humanis (10,500 employees in France) and representative trade union organisations signed an agreement regarding the deployment of artificial intelligence systems within the company. The text establishes a methodological framework that places social dialogue and the safeguarding of career paths at the heart of the process.
