In Germany, all seven Airbus production sites will strike, and a mass demonstration will be held in Hamburg at which 20,000 participants are expected. Speakers will include, among others, Jürgen Peters, the President of IG Metall. In Spain, work will cease for one hour at the three Airbus production sites and also at sites owned by the EADS Group.
