EU: publication in the OJEU of the regulations on structural funds

The regulations fixing the missions of the structural funds (ERDF and ESF) for the period 2007-2013 and those of the cohesion funds were published in the OJEU, as well as another regulation which implements an original tool of trans-border cooperation : the European grouping of territorial cooperation (EGTC). Following the adoption, by the Council, last 14 July, of the regulation on the general provisions and the framework relating to the intervention of the European regional Development Fund (ERDF), of the European Social Fund (ESF) and of the cohesion funds over the period 2007-2013, the texts concerning these funds were published in the OJEU. The most important texts follow :

  • Regulation n°1081/2006 of 5 July 2006 relating to the European Social Fund (ESF), repealing Regulation (EC) n°1784/1999,
