The temporary work's employer organization, Eurociett, and the European union federation Uni-Europa adopted a joint declaration on flexicurity. It constitutes the joint contribution of the sector's social partners to tasks currently led within the European Commission to elaborate joint flexicurity principle. (Ref. 070208)
In their declaration, social partners from the temporary work sector refuse to consider this type of employment as participating in the detriment of working conditions and underlines the positive role that agency work plays in the European labour market, notably by smoothing transitions.
